The Hospitality Coordinator is our “Captain of Concierge” who is able to anticipate customer needs, coordinate with staff, prepare for future functions, and keep track of important information.  The Hospitality Coordinator will be the first face and voice that visitors and retreatants will encounter when they call or arrive at our facility and will work with the entire staff to finalize and communicate event details.  The Hospitality Coordinator provides front door and phone coverage, helps people purchase prayer cards and perpetuals, assist guests with their needs including audio/visual equipment, supports our volunteers, prepares materials, and helps manage our small gift shop.  We are looking for someone who is friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic with customers, co-workers, guests, and visitors and has excellent telephone and verbal communication skills as well as being proficient with MS Office.
