2. Let us know for whom to pray, listing specific intentions if you like.
3. If you’d like cards, please select “yes” in “requesting more cards?” box. If you do not need any, select “no”. This step is required.
4. Check the boxes for which cards you would like. As a default, we typically send you 2 cards of whatever occasion you choose.
5. Provide your name and contact information so that we can keep a record of your requests for you.
